Description

A delightful open-faced steamed dumpling filled with seasoned pork, peas and white onions makes for the most traditional shao mai dumpling. 1 oz pieces 200 per case (4 trays of 50). Steam from frozen at 212F for 10-12 minutes until filling reaches 165F. Please oil the pan to prevent sticking.
